Description

Currently, the "Full calendar" and "Import or export calendars" links include the course ID so that the relevant page is loaded in the course context.

To simplify calendar usage and make it consistent, those links should be updated to not include the course ID, so they load the "full" version of the relevant page, not in the course context.
