Description
*DESCRIPTION*
On the site home page, when you edit an existing forum announcement, the date it was edited does not reflect and therefore does not push it to the top of the announcements. The original date the forum was created remains as the date.
*STEPS TO REPLICATE*
1. Go to the site home page and turn editing on.
2: Click "add block" (if in snap theme, click add topic in "site news")
3: Add a site announcements block and fill out the minimum requirements. (title and content)
4: Observe the date and time of the forum and now wait at least 1-5 mins.
5: Once enough time has passed click on edit and type in some sort of edit and save (I just put the time it was so I could refer back to when I edited the forum)
OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
Back on the site home page you will notice the date still shows as the original time you created it.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The client expects the date to update and to sort to the top of the forum. This may have been the case before the 3.9 upgrade. Additionally the client would prefer the option to sort the order of the site news forums all together.
