- Log in as admin
- Create a new course
- Turn edit mode on
- Add a label
- Press Insert or edit image button in editor toolbar
- Upload a picture of your favourite frog
- Switch to HTML mode
- Copy the <img src="..."> attribute
- Add the following content:
<p><IMAGEURL></p><p class="frog">Ribbit!</p> - It should look something like this:
- Switch back to normal mode (non-HTML)
- Press Manage files button in editor toolbar
- Confirm you do not see the following Missing files warning:

1. Create a course.
2. Turn editing on.
3. Add an assignment activity.
4. In the Description, atto_editor, click on Insert or edit an audio/video file button.
5. Click the video tab and click the Browse repositories. Select a video file from your computer and click the "Insert media".
6. Back in the editor, press enter to add a new line.
7. Repeat step 5 to add two (2) more videos.
8. You should now have three (3) embedded videos in the editor.
9. Click Manage files button.
10. You should see the following:

RESULT: The missing files section contains HTML codes.
