Badly formatted lists in the grade history report

      Setup

      1. Under Admin -> Users -> User policies -> Show user identity, ensure that more than one id field is selected.
      2. Ensure you have serveral users with values set for those fields.
      3. Ensure you have a course with some of those users enrolled as students.

      Test

      1. As teacher/admin, log in and go to your test course.
      2. Go to Gradebook > Grade history
      3. Click on 'Select users' button in the form.
      4. Verify In the pop-up, in the display of profile fields for each user, there is a space after each comma.
      5. Select more than one user.
      6. Click on 'Finish selecting users'
      7. Verify that back on the form the display of 'Selected users', there is a space after each comma.
      8. 'Submit' the form.
      9. Verify once the page has reloaded, in the form, the display of 'Selected users' has a space after each comma.

      Actual result: Whitespace is missing after the comma in the 'Selected users' list

      2. As teacher/admin, log in to a course with graded activities and some students.
      3. Go to Navigation > Grades > Grade history
      4. Click on 'Select users'

      Actual result: In the pop-up, there is no space after the comma in the list of extra profile field values.
