When inserting/adding content (such as image) in the Atto text editor (only) the cursor jumps to the top. 

Steps to replicate:

1. Create/add an activity and the go to General section in the activity settings.
2. Add enough lines until the top of textbox in editor is not visible
3. Add some content (such as an image) below the lines of text.

Observed:

• textbox jumps to the top in editor

Expected:

• textbox remains at where content is inserted.
