As part of issue ~~MDL-69588~~ a new renderable and template was added to theme boost:

theme/boost/classes/output/context_header.php
theme/boost/templates/context_header.mustache

These 2 files are never used, The Boost theme still uses $OUTPUT->context_header()

The files should be removed or the code should be updated .
