    Description

The main calendar page and "large" calendar block are not displaying as expected on screen sizes <1200px wide. A few bugs need to be addressed:

      1. Now that side blocks/collapsing/menus have been modified by the navigation project, the width to switch to hiding events should be adjusted to <768px instead of <1200px.
      2. When hiding the list of events in the main calendar and large calendar block, they should display the "dots" to indicate days with events, the same as the small calendar block.
      3. When hiding the list of events in the main calendar, it should also use popovers consistent with those used in the calendar block (currently, events cannot be viewed on the calendar page, you have to navigate to individual dates to view them).
