Download Folder function in a mlang formated folder

Moodle doesn't format mlang folders during mass-download of the folder with the button 'Download Folder'.

Steps to reproduce:

• Login as admin
• Navigate to Plugins > Filters > Manage filters in site administration
• Set Multi-Language Content to On and Apply to Content and headings
• Create a course
• Create a Folder activity in the course named:

  <span lang="el" class="multilang">Έγγραφα</span><span lang="en" class="multilang">Documents</span>

• Add a file to the folder

• Make sure the option "Show download folder button" is selected
• Click "Save and display"
• Click the button "Download Folder"

What actually happens: The file downloaded contains the unfiltered folder name.

What is expected: The file downloaded contains the filtered folder name.
