during testing https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDLQA-15546 

i have spotted an error when student tries attempt at the quiz the second time after 1 minute.

Error appears in 4 step ( 4. Attempt the quiz a second time.)

You are not allowed to attempt this quiz at this time because: <p class="float-left">You must wait before you may re-attempt this quiz. You will be allowed to start another attempt after Thursday, 9 December 2021, 4:24 PM.</p>
