Update the Big Blue Button activity icon

      The icon has been changed so it is now a SVG icon consistent with the new Moodle 4.0 design.

      Test instructions:

      In a course:

      • Add a new BigBlueButton activity and check that the icon is blue with a gray background on the activity list.
      • In the course page, check that existing and newly added BigblueButton activities are displayed consistently with a a gray background on the activity list.

    Description

      In the current implementation of the Big Blue Button activity, the standard activity icon found in mod/bigbluebuttonbn/pix/icon.svg is not used.
      Instead the plugin provides custom CSS that replaces this icon with an icon found in the fontfile in mod/bigbluebutton/bn/fonts/bigbluebutton-font.ttf

      The icon from icon.svg (blue) seems to be the old BBB icon, the icon from bigbluebutton-font.tff seems to be a newer monochrome black icon.

      Because of this the BBB icon does look right after MDL-71457 has been integrated.

      I would suggest replacing the icon.svg with the latest BBB icon.
