      2. Verify it does not open in a fixed size new window.

      I propose that the Moodle Docs links found at the bottom of the activity and resource settings pages should open in a new browser window. Currently, these links to Moodle Docs open in the same window which can make it difficult for a teacher to easily switch back and forth between the docs and their Moodle course.
