Choice tertiary navigation followup

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create a course.
      3. Create some groups in the course.
      4. Add choice activity in the course.
        1. In 'Common module settings', set 'Group mode' to 'Separate groups'
      5. Go to the choice activity.
      6. Click on the 'Responses' secondary navigation item
        1. confirm that there is only one 'Responses' item in the breadcrumbs
        2. confirm that there is a 'Responses' (h2) heading{}
        3. confirm that the separate groups selector element is displayed below the 'Responses' (h2) heading
      7. Go to Settings in the activity's secondary navigation
      8. In the Results section:
        1. Set 'Publish results' to 'Always show results to students'
        2. Set 'Privacy of results' to 'Publish full results, showing names and their choices'
        3. Save and display
      9. In the choice view page:
        1. confirm that there is a 'Responses' (h3) heading
        2. confirm that the separate groups selector element is displayed in between the 'Responses' (h3) heading and the responses table
      10. Go back to the settings page
        1. Set 'Privacy of results' to 'Publish anonymous results, do not show student names'
        2. Save and display
      11. In the choice view page:
        1. confirm that there ISN'T a 'Responses' (h3) heading
        2. confirm that the separate groups selector element is displayed just above the responses chart.

      This is a followup to address any issues or any inconsistencies with the design prototype in the Choice activity.

      Identified issues:

      1. Move the separate/visible groups selector element just below the Responses heading in the responses page and the view page (The group mode needs to be set in the activity settings to be able to see the groups selector)
      2. Remove the duplicated 'Responses' node from the breadcrumbs in the Responses page
