"Course administration" points to backup/import.php

      I couldn't find a way to add some new enrolment methods to a course.
      I tried to go to More > Course administration, but that brought me to the import page.

      As agreed in the  comments of this issue, to make this less confusing, the "Course administration" string used in this link should be replaced with "Course reuse" (and any affected behat steps updated accordingly).
