True/False questions: remove Standard Instructions (or allow users to hide them)

      5. Press Add > a new question to add a new True/False question
      6. Fill out the form and save
        • Show standard instructions: No
      7. Press Add > a new question to add a new True/False question
      8. Fill out the form and save
        • Show standard instructions: Yes
      9. Preview first question
      10. Confirm Select one: text is not shown above true/false answers
      11. Preview second question
      12. Confirm Select one: text is shown above true/false answers

    Description

      MC questions can now appear without Standard Instructions (e.g. the phrase "Select one");

      T/F questions still show Select one, though this is unnecessary, and takes up space: see attached screenshot
