Increase padding between elements in the recently accessed courses block.

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create some courses or use existing ones.
      3. Enrol yourself to at least 2 courses
      4. Add "Recently acessed courses" block to your Dashboard.
      5. Verify there's a bit of space between the paging bar and the move icon:
