No padding between "Search courses" and "Add a new course" button

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Courses > Manage courses and categories in site administration
      3. Press Create new category
      4. Choose a name and press Create category
      5. 4.0
        • Click new category name
        • Press Category: <Name> from secondary navigation

        • Manually navigate to <WWWROOT>/course/index.php
        • Click new category name
      7. Confirm there is vertical padding above the action buttons ("Add a new course" by default)

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Go to "Site administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories".
      3. Create a new category (for instance, Category 1.1).
      4. In the secondary navigation bar, click the first option ("Category: Category 1.1").

       

      Expected result

      Some padding between the "Search courses" text field and the "Add a new course" button.
