- Login as admin
- Navigate to a course with a number of activities
- Open the course index and the blocks drawer
- Scroll down the page
- Verify you see the highlighted item in the courseindex change on scroll
- Verify you see a scroll bar for the main course content right next to it

This is a regression from MDL-73392
It also related to the scroll in the course index, to highlight current section (it has stoped working because the scroll event is not raised anymore)
