Full length styling for comments api

      1. Login as admin
      2. Make sure you do not have a profile picture set
      3. Go to or create a new course
      4. Switch editing mode on
      5. Open the block drawer
      6. Add the comments block
      7. Add a few comments
      8. Reload the page
      9. Add another comment
      10. Verify the user avatar from the new comment uses the same styling as the avatar for the old comments

      At the moment, when the comment api is used in a full length screen, the styling, mainly the padding the seems incorrect. It works fine with smaller screen size like a modal or the comments block.

      Having a standard and responsive styling will be awesome in this case so we can keep using this api in different locations without altering or force injecting any css.
