Generate component library docs:

grunt componentlibrary

Generate JSDoc docs

grunt jsdoc

Log in as admin

Navigate to Site administration > Development > UI Component Library

Navigate to Moodle > JavaScript > Confirm

Under Source files click on the (core/confirm) link for confirm.js

Make sure it opens the JSDoc for core/confirm module.

While reviewing ~~MDL-73314~~ I have noticed there's a way to link the CL doc to a JSDoc page.

So this ticket is about linking the CL for core/confirm module to it's JSDoc page.
