Create a site using fresh install or upgrade to 4.0 using this repo

Login as an admin

Create a course

Create a couple of questions

Navigate to the question bank of the course

Confirm:

All the questions in the question bank are ready in the status column

The status column is a dropdown

The dropdown has draft and ready options

Change the status of the questions

Refresh the page

Confirm:

That the changed statuses are retained after the page refresh

Changing question status is currently possible using a clickable link in the qbank page where clicking that link opens a pop-up to change the status.

Change this to a dropdown instead to follow the UI/UX policy.
