I know it's usually not possible to add 2 timeline blocks to dashboard, but in some case users may end up having 2 timeline blocks.

      For example:

      1. As an admin, go to your dashboard
      2. Add a timeline block there if there isn't any
      3. Go to the "Default Dashboard" page
      4. Add a timeline block if there isn't one there
      5. Edit the timeline block and set "Select pages" to "Any page matching the above"
      6. Save changes
      7. Go back to your dashboard
      8. You'll see 2 timeline blocks and the second one doesn't load the template properly
