Recording table buttons not displaying string correctly

      How to Reproduce:

      • Disable 'Icons for recording management' from BBB 'Configuration for "Record meeting" feature' in Site Administration
      • Create a new activity with default values
      • Record the meeting 
      • Wait until recording shows up in recording list
      • Buttons in toolbar column do not contain the correct text

      The buttons should contain the language string text related to each option, but instead the strings are not being correctly displayed

      When icons are disabled, recording table buttons contain text that is not displayed correctly due to language strings. The problem was that the get_string function did not contain the correct string identifier and component required to display what is in the language text file. To fix this, changing the values in the get_string function solves the problem.
