How to Reproduce:  Disable 'Icons for recording management' from BBB 'Configuration for "Record meeting" feature' in Site Administration Create a new activity with default values Record the meeting  Wait until recording shows up in recording list Once button is clicked, the related action should take place e.g. delete recording, publish recording etc. However, a button click does not do anything. A confirmation message should appear, reading "Are you sure you want to (related action) this recording?" If one proceeds after confirmation, the relevant action should take place. After the action has taken place, the button related to the action should be hidden and not be performed.
