Calendar block showing only English names of next and previous months despite switching the language

      Initial setup

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Navigate to Administration / Language / Language packs.
      3. In the  Available language packs, choose French / Français ‎(fr)‎‎ and install it.
      4. Navigate to Administration / Language / Language settings.
      5. Turn on the Display language menu (Checked).

      Full calendar page

      1. Open the User profile menu and click on Calendar.
      2. Verify the next and previous month names are in English (Ex: January, March).
      3. Open the User profile menu and click on Language -> Français ‎(fr)‎.
      4. Verify that the next and previous month names are in French now (Ex: janvier, mars).
      5. Switch back to the English language.

      2. Add Calendar block to the Dashboard if necessary.
      3. Verify the next and previous month names are in English (Ex: January, March).
      4. Open the User profile menu and click on Language -> Français ‎(fr)‎.
      5. Verify that the next and previous month names are in French now (Ex: janvier, mars).

      1. Make sure another language pack beside English has been installed (as on https://qa.moodledemo.net/)
      2. Log in and go to any page where a Calendar (block) is displayed, e.g. Dashboard (e.g. https://qa.moodledemo.net/my/)
      3. Switch User's language from English to another one, e.g. Polish, Norwegian etc.
      4. The next and previous month names remain in English, while they should change to the localised names as per the language selected in Step 3. Only the selected month's name (the largest one in the centre) is displayed correctly.
