Course custom fields form is too short, dropdown is cut off

      Test the course custom fields dropdown

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to Site Administration > Courses > Course custom fields
      3. Click 'Add a new category'
      4. Click on the 'Add a new custom field'
      5. Verify you see all the menuoptions

      Test the user profile fields

      1. Navigate to Site Administration > Users > User profile fields
      2. Click 'Create a new profile field'
      3. Verify you see all the menuoptions

      The height of the Course Custom Fields page is too short to accommodate the Add a new custom field dropdown list of field types. As a result, a scrollbar appears despite the fact that there is ample available space on the page.
