Notification preferences page improvements

      On the Notification preferences page having the word 'Enabled' after each toggle switch is confusing because 'Enabled' is shown both when the switch is on and when it is off. How about if we remove it?

      Also, the words 'Locked' and 'Disallowed' are not so easy to understand. How about if we change them to something like 'Locked on' and 'Locked off'?
