Following MDL-73335, when building your quiz on the 'Questions' page, there is no way to launch a preview. Is that right?

1. Reason to add a button: being able to start a preview on one click is very convenient.
2. Reason not to add the button: means that to preview, the teacher has to go to the quiz front page, and then click the button. This is only one more click, but it means the teacher alwasy experiences something closer to the student experience.

I will let the UX team make a final decision about this. I just wanted to ask.
