Log in as admin

Create a user s1 and enrol as a student in a Course

Go to Site Administration > Plugins > Activity modules > BigBlueButton > Configuration for locking settings

Confirm 'Lock layout' is not present

Create a new Activity BigBlueButton B1

Confirm 'Lock layout' is not present

Join the meeting as user s1

Confirm layout is not locked and all other settings are functional

In ~~MDL-73192~~ these settings were removed because they were not working properly in BigBlueButton server.

To keep backward compatibility and considering that eventually they could be used again, the table columns weren't removed.

This issue is for tracking the evolution of those settings in the BigBlueButton server and deciding if they should be removed from database too.
