Most instances I know uses a custom carousel in the dashboard (ad-hoc implemented block) to promote courses or important organization stuff. Now that the dashboard and my courses are different pages with different blocks, it would be nice if we offer a customizable carousel block.

Note that a carousel with a single image can be considered a banner.
