Open/download folder files from "Recent activity" block depending on the "Force download of files" setting

      1. Create a course and add a Recent Activity block to it
      2. Create a first folder with some files and "Force download of files" checked
      3. Create a second folder with some files and "Force download of files" unchecked
      4. Validate the links in the recent activity block
        1. Check that the file from the first folder has a forcedownload param in the URL
        2. Check that the file from the second folder does NOT have a forcedownload param in the URL
      5. Click in the "Full report of recent activity..."
        1. Check that the file from the first folder has a forcedownload param in the URL
        2. Check that the file from the second folder does NOT have a forcedownload param in the URL

    Description

      In MDL-28501, a new setting was added for folder resource, to allow files to be opened in the browser rather than being downloaded. This setting should be also considered from the "Recent activity" block.
