It's working as expected in Chrome but failing with other browsers (for instance, Firefox). However, the following workaround is working in Firefox too:

If you are not able to select the mp4 file by clicking, you might need to use the keyboard. In most browsers using Shift + Left/Right Arrow (the same way as selecting text in the editor) works. Alternatively, dragging the mp4 file can work in some browsers.

Found while testing MDLQA-16421 on qa.moodledemo.net in Firefox 97.01 and safari 15.2 (MAC)

When trying to edit a previously added video (post a video, then edit the post) the atto media plugin does not net you change the settings for that video (you will need to delete and re-add the video to change something like video size)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. As a student add a new forum discussion
      2. Using the Insert Media icon and clicking the "Video" tab
      3. Browse and upload an mp4 file from your computer.
      4. Click Post to forum and verify that the mp4 file displays correctly.
      5. Edit the forum post, click the mp4 file, then the media button, and experiment with changing the display options. (Try changing the size)
      6. Save changes and verify that the mp4 file displays as expected.

Expected results: Video is resized and when editing the video, the previous settings load

Actual result: You are unable to edit the size of the video, as a insert "new" media instance is displayed.
