Private files page breadcrumbs changes based on 'defaulthomepage' setting

      Test on master

      1. Login as admin
      2. Go to Site administration > Appearance > Navigation
      3. For 'Start page for users' (defaulthomepage) select 'Home' and save changes.
      4. In the User dropdown menu, click on 'Private files'
      5. Confirm that there are no breadcrumbs on Boost theme and there is just one 'Private files' element on Classic.
      6. Repeat steps 2-5 by selecting the other available options for 'Start page for users' (defaulthomepage):
        1. Dashboard
        2. My courses
        3. User preference
      7. Each time confirm that there are no breadcrumbs on Boost theme and there is just one 'Private files' element on Classic.

      Test on 3.11

      1. Login as admin
      2. Go to Site administration > Appearance > Navigation
      3. For 'Start page for users' (defaulthomepage) select 'Site' and save changes.
      4. Go to 'Private files' using this link https://yourmoodlesite/user/files.php
        1. Confirm that there is just one 'Private files' element in the breadcrumbs
      5. Repeat steps 2-5 by selecting the other available options for 'Start page for users' (defaulthomepage):
        1. Dashboard
        2. User preference
        3. Confirm that there is just one 'Private files' element in the breadcrumbs

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Go to "Site administration > Appearance > Navigation".
      3. Set "Start page for users" to "Site".
      4. Go to "Private files" from the user menu.

      Current behaviour:

      Private files | Private files breadcrumb is displayed. This is not displayed when "Start page for users" is set to a different value.
