Make sure that you've enabled feedback and contact support features. Enable the enableuser feedback setting under "Site Administration > General > Feedback settings". Insert a domain in the supportpage setting under "Site administration > Server > Support contact". Otherwise, the external icon will not be displayed, as it will link to an internal form. Go to your Dashboard Verify that there is a small space between the text "Give feedback about this software" and the icon that is displayed next to it Open the footer popover by clicking on the "?" button at the bottom-right of the page Verify that there is a small space before all the "⧉" icons (the actual icons look similar to it)
