Outcomes report should not be available if outcomes are disabled

Log in as admin Navigate to Advanced features in site administration Ensure Enable outcomes is disabled Create a course Navigate to Grades 311 Confirm Outcomes report is not present in View tabs Master Confirm Outcomes report is not present in tertiary navigation Turn on Enable outcomes site administration settings Navigate back to course Grades page 311 Confirm Outcomes report is present in View tabs Master Confirm Outcomes report is present in tertiary navigation Go to the Outcomes report page Now open a new tab in the browser and navigate to Advanced features in site administration Disable Enable outcomes and save the changes. Go back to the  Outcomes report tab and reload the page Confirm that the  Outcomes report page is no longer accessible. Confirm that you are redirected to the Course homepage where a notification is displayed stating that outcomes are not enabled.
