Verify that the columns Need for revision, Facility index, Discriminative efficiency, and Usage have help icons. Verify that the text of the help makes sense. Verify that the 'Discriminative efficiency' help pop-up has a 'More help' link which goes to https://docs.moodle.org/400/en/Quiz_statistics_report . Verify that when your mouse cursor is over the 'Comments' or 'Usage' header (but off the help icon) the mouse pointer is normal (not the link cursor you get when moused over the links in the column that open the pop-ups).
