Redirect to the User report in gradebook when accessing the grades from the courses the user is taking

      Requirements:

      1 course with a student enrolled

      Test 1:

      1. Log into the site as the student
      2. Select "Grades" from the user menu
      3. Confirm the active secondary navigation item is set to "Grades"
      4. Log out

      Test 2:

      1. Log into the course as admin
      2. Navigate to "Participants" in the secondary navigation
      3. Click on the test students name
      4. Click "Grades" in the "Reports section"
      5. Confirm the active secondary navigation item is set to "Participants"

      As found when logging in as a student on the QA testing site:

      1. Log in as a student then go to Grades in the user menu.
      2. Click on one of the course names from the 'Courses I am taking' section
        • You are redirected to the course 'Grades' report which is accessible through the user profile in the course context.

      It would make more sense to redirect the student to the 'User report' in the gradebook instead. This will be more consistent to the behavior of the course links from the 'Courses I am teaching' section on the same page which are redirecting the user to the gradebook's Grader report.
