Make location field in calendar event clickable if it is an URL

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to dashboard
      3. Create 3 new events in calendar:
        • Event 1: Location "Perth"
        • Event 2: Location "" (so empty location)
        • Event 3: Location "https://moodle.com/"
      4. Click Event 1
      5. Confirm location is "Perth" (plain text)
      6. Click Event 2
      7. Confirm location is absent
      8. Click Event 3
      9. Confirm location is "https://moodle.com/" (clickable link)

      We use Moodle Calendar to show virtual events. The field Location populated with an URL does not become active when viewed online (with /calendar/view.php).

      It would be nice to have a clickable link instead.
