First message sent in the 'standard' view does not appear in the 'accessible interface'.

Replication steps:

1. Add a new chat activity in a course
2. Create one or multiple messages in standard view chat
3. Close standard view chat
4. Open accessibility chat and see that there are no messages under messages
5. Close accessibility chat
6. Open standard view chat
7. Create one or multiple messages in standard view chat
8. Close standard view chat
9. Open accessibility chat and see that there are finally messages, but not from the first time that standard view was opened.

Observed:

• First messages sent from standard view chat do not appear in accessibility view

Expected:

• First messages sent from standard view chat appear in accessibility view

Changing the chat's theme to "bubble", "compact" or "course theme" also doesn't seem to change the outcome.
