- Login as admin
- Navigate to Site Administration > Competencies > Competency Frameworks
- Create a new competency framework CF1
- Add at least 7 competencies in a nested in one competency
- Click the parent competency for the 7 new competencys and click the edit link in the box on the right
- Choose 'Competency rule'
- In the dialogue select 'Recommend the competency'
- Then Select 'Points required are met'
- Verify you see a scrollable list of competencies
- Verify the dialogue is still centred on the page

During MDLQA-16532 it was discovered that when numerous & deeply nested competencies exist, the modal can not be scrolled and the page must be zoomed out to view all the contents.
