The questions response report chart title is not displayed correctly for survey type ATTLS

      Prerequisites

      1. Create a course with a survey activity. Make sure the survey type is set as 'ATTLS (20 item version)'.
      2. Enroll 2 students say student1 and student2.

      Steps to test

      1. Log in as a student1 and complete the survey
      2. Log in as student2 and complete the survey
      3. Now login as admin and go to the survey activity's 'Response report' tab. Select the 'Questions' from the drop-down selector.
      4. Now go through all the 20 questions. You should be able to read them properly. The questions should be fit into the height-width frame of the image.

      Login as a teacher, access the survey, click 'Response reports' then in the dropdown menu select Questions.
