      1. Log in as the site admin.
      2. Install a language pack that does not support AM/PM format natively (such as Czech or Arabic).
      3. Use the language customisation feature and open the installed language pack for editing.
      4. Edit the strings from the component "langconfig.php" with the identifiers "am", "pm", "amcaps" and "pmcaps". Set them to an appropriate value that you will be able to distinguish, e.g. "my_am", "my_pm", "MY_AM" and "MY_PM" respectively.
      5. Make sure that strings with identifier starting with "strftime" that have "%p" or "%P" in the English original (such as "strftimedatetime"), have the identical format in the customised language.
      6. Go to Site administration -> Reports -> Live logs
      7. Change the current language to the customised one.
      8. Check the date column in the report.
      9. TEST Confirm that the date format includes the AM / PM part according to your langconfig definition.
