See All Notifications page shows notification texts with oversized activity icons

      1. As admin go to Site administration > Messaging > Notification settings
      2. Enabled and Lock for 'Web' the following notifications:
        1. Assignment > Assignment notifications
        2. Feedback > Feedback notifications
        3. Forum > Subscribed forum posts
      3. Save changes
      4. Create a course with at least:
        1. News forum
        2. A feedback activity with "Enable notification of submissions" set to 'Yes'
        3. An assignment activity with "Notify graders about submissions" and "Default for 'Notify student'" settings set to 'Yes'
      5. Enrol an student.
      6. Send a post to the News forum clicking on 'Advanced' link and checking 'Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay'
      7. Log out as admin and log in as the student
      8. Go to the course
      9. Complete the feedback activity
      10. Submit the assignment
      11. Run the cron executing
        php admin/cli/cron.php
      12. Go to students Notifications page clicking on notifications link on the header and choosing 'See all'
      13. Click on all the existing notifications one by one and confirm the icon is not overlapping the text.
      14. Log out as student and log in as admin.
      15. Go to Notifications page clicking on notifications link on the header and choosing 'See all'
      16. Click on all the existing notifications one by one and confirm the icon is not overlapping the text.

      1. Click on the Notifications toggle at the top.
      2. Click "See All" at the bottom, to enter the listing page.
      3. Click on any of the listed notifications - such as assignment notifications.
      4. Notice that:
        1. the assignment icon used in the nav list is properly resized in the view (height: 75%)
        2. the assignment icon shown in the notification view text area is much bigger, covering part of the text 

      Proposed solution: CSS fix to use the same "height:75%" attribute (which for me produced a satisfactory view)

      (Was not sure which component to choose for this issue..)
