Icon differences in Moodle 3.11 mod/url

      1. Login as teacher
      2. Add URL activity
      3. Give a name to the URL activity and in the External URL field, give a non-php URL link (e.g: https://moodle.org)
      4. Click 'Save and return to course' and check the icon of the URL activity in the course home page. 
      5. Add another URL activity to the course.
      6. Give a name to the URL activity and in the External URL field, give a URL containing .php  (e.g: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=41) 
      7. Click 'Save and return to course' and check the icon of the URL activity in the course home page. The URL activity should have the same icon as (4) after the fix has been implemented

      Different icons are displayed on the course page when adding a mod_url instance:

      When one adds a 'normal' URL, such as , the regular activity icon ( ) is displayed as expected, but when the URL contains parameters through & or ?, the activity icon changes to for no apparent reason.

      This is unexpected behaviour that hasn't been described in the Moodle Docs and is therefore difficult to clarify.

      Is this a bug, a feature, a service to users or something else?
