    Description

On the site home page we are currently displaying a course like secondary navigation. However, once the 'Settings' item is clicked you are redirected to an admin settings page ('Site home settings' ) and now the site administration secondary navigation is displayed.

This occurs due to the context switching and it would be nice if we can find a way to selectively display the secondary navigation on this page based on prior location. Noting that this page can be also accessed through site admin so in that case it will make sense to display the site administration secondary navigation.
