Log in as admin Go to Site administration > Users > Browse list of users Create a new user "User1" and select its authentication method to be "Manual accounts" Create a new user "User2" and select its authentication method to be "Email-based self-registration" Go to Reports in the user menu Create a new report called "User report" using  the "Users" report source Open the Filters dropdown and add the "Authentication" filter Press the "Preview" button Confirm User1 and User2 are displayed in the report Press the "Filters" button Set the "Authentication" filter to "Is equal to" and "Manual accounts" Press Apply Confirm now only User1 is shown on the report Press the "Filters" button Set the "Authentication" filter to "Is equal to" and "Email-based self-registration" Press Apply Confirm now only User2 is shown on the report
