Behat: add the option to jump directly to course editing page (backport of MDL-73310)

    Description

      In MDL-73310 a new option to jump directly to course editing page on behat has been added.

      This is a request to backport this improvement also to stable versions, because improving behat is safe and helpful for all stables.
