Background images bleed into user tours

      Initial setup

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Navigate to Site administration > Appearance > Themes > Boost.
      3. Set the attached colourful image or any other image to the Background image.
      4. Save changes.
      5. Navigate to Site administration > Appearance > User tours.
      6. Make sure the Course editing tour is enabled.

      Testing

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Go to a course.
      3. Click on the Question mark in the bottom right-hand corner.
      4. Click Reset user tour on this page.
      5. Verify that the tour will be displayed.
      6. Verify that the highlighted element will not have a colourful background image like the page body.

      If you have a background image set (in boost) when you view a user tour the background images is shown. Sorry I know that is vague. The screenshots give a much better idea of what is happening.

      Replication steps:

      1. Go to "Appearance > Themes > Boost > Background image" and set an image there.
      2. Go to a course. Click on the Question mark in the bottom right hand corner and reset the user tour.
      3. Experience bliss (the background image in weird places.
