I just completed an update to Moodle 4.0 from 3.8

I configured all the plugins and my courses are all working in the new version.

However, all my Cloze questions no longer function. ( around 90% of all our quiz questions are in Cloze format)

When I open a cloze question I get the following respeated on top:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$category in /public_html/moodle/question/type/questiontypebase.php on line 989

If I try to edit a Cloze question I get the followng:

Field "questionid" does not exist in table "quiz_slots"

I checked the quiz_slots table and there is no "questionid" field in that table  only "id"

I tried creating a new Cloze question and was able to do so , but the same issues occur with the new question created in 4.0 as well.
