Withdrawn - Make auto links open resource

When clicking on an auto-link to a resource, it opens the resource page, which then requires an additional click to open the actual resource. I have the resource appearance set to open, so when clicking on it directly, it just opens. It would be nice if the auto link had the same behavior as the actual link.

One option would be to add '&redirect=1' to the end of the URL link. Or add settings for this filter and let people turn that function on or off.
