Timeline block: separate the action so if the title of the course is long (and it is shown), users will be able to see the action

I think it would be useful to separate the action (Chat requires action, Workshop deadline for submissions, ..) from the title of the course, so if the title of the course is shown and it is long users will be able to see the action
